Connie Lou Arcemont's Book of Inspirational Poetry, Healing for the Tattered Soul, Released by Holy Fire Publishing

Patterson, LA (PRWEB) July 14, 2007 -- Holy Fire Publishing releases Healing for the Tattered Soul (Paperback, US$9.99, ISBN# 978-1-60383-015-7). Arcemont's book, Healing for the Tattered Soul, reveals her inspirational message through poetry -- both fiction and nonfiction. The book contains spiritual and uplifting poems from both the author's perspective as well as poems about others.

The mother of four grown children, Arcemont currently resides in Patterson with her husband Jude and her youngest daughter, Hannah, who provides the illustrations for the book.

Healing for the Tattered Soul is Arcemont's second book, and she's presently preparing her third book of poetry for publication. By writing poetry, she desires to encourage the body of Christ; to let them know they are not alone in their trials, and to reach the unreachable. Poetry is very near to Arcemont's heart and she alludes to King David, who was an excellent poet and songwriter, and whose poems have captured hearts and souls of many.

The book, Healing for the Tattered Soul, speaks to the numerous circumstances people experience in daily life. Arcemont hopes that people's hearts are vulnerable, and that Jesus begins revealing and healing every broken piece of their wounded spirits -- and tattered souls.

The nonfiction poems/songs are from Arcemont's own personal journey of more than twenty years. The poems reveal experiences in her daily devotions and personal worship to the Lord and are brought to life on each page.

One poem, "My Vintage Piano," was written for Arcemont's husband Jude, because he had bought a piano for her birthday. The joy she feels using the piano in worshiping Jesus made her want to pay tribute to it and her husband.

Arcemont, her husband, and daughters Hannah and Amanda attend The Crossing Place Fellowship in Morgan City, Louisiana, which is an extension of The Crossing Place Fellowship Church in Franklin. At the present time, Arcemont is not involved in any ministries, other than her personal ministry of writing poetry to reach people around the world.

In Poetry: Meaning of Words [And ...Rocket-belt]
In Poetry: Meaning of WordsWhen I write poetry, I check out the meaning of words for too often they sound the same, but once written, and if spelled wrong, in consequence, give a complete different meaning of what I had intended; this I call a moment of damage control. If my rhyme is flat, and my cadence is off, so what, I can survive, as long as the meaning of my words are not; and are as I meant them to be.
